I bought a jar of your sauce after tasting it at Central Market in Poulsbo. My
husband fancies himself to be a connoisseur of pasta sauces. We go from Italian
restaurant to Italian restaurant in the area and he never approves of the
sauce. I make one from scratch that is "okay." We had your sauce, just heated
nothing added, tonight and he oohed and aahed and thanked me repeatedly for a
wonderful dinner. I will be purchasing several jars when I go back to Central

sauce on our way to a wedding in Mt. Lake Terrace. We liked it so much we took
it on a 4 day back packing trip to the Olympic coast by Ozette lake, a very
remote beach. We found fresh chantrelle mushrooms which we sauted along with
some salami with your sauce over pasta. The sun was setting in the ocean while
we enjoyed one of our best meals ever......Thank you for a great product!!!! We
